You can try the chargeback scheme depending on which brand of card you used.

Thanks ZTD, thats cheered me up a bit.
I had a bit of a cry on the way home. Lots going on and just fed up.. But thank you all for being there for me today. I know this is the first step and I know it'll be hard but I'll get there. I have a payment from Vivatic tomorrow so that will get put to slaying my debt. I'm thinking to pay off Egg first as its the smallest and I think clearing that might give me a boost.
CC2 = £8687.86 ([STRIKE]£10000[/STRIKE] )CC1 = £0 ([STRIKE]£9983[/STRIKE] ); Reusing shopping bags savings =£5.80 vs spent £1.05.Wine is like opera. You can enjoy it even if you don't understand it and too much can give you a headache the next day J0 -
I get to end the day on a higher note than the start, I have some good friends and I've done some surveys on Vivatic so have another payment due in a few weeks. It'll be good to see my totals soon start to diminish.CC2 = £8687.86 ([STRIKE]£10000[/STRIKE] )CC1 = £0 ([STRIKE]£9983[/STRIKE] ); Reusing shopping bags savings =£5.80 vs spent £1.05.Wine is like opera. hi Unix, i can't say things as eliquently as cheri (and obviously can't spell lol) but she has said everything that i wish i could say. You have many friends here and if you ever need me then i'm just an email away and will be more than happy to be a phone call away. I think we all try and pretend that life's hunky dorey all the time when it isn't and it takes a strain on us that will eventually show through. I hope that you get some time to yourself to consider what will really make you happy, whether it be large or small, easy or hard. Once you start to think about it i'm sure you'll know where you need to start.0

Morning All, I'm a little brighter this morning. Waiting on news of something important for my partner's son, keep your fingers crossed its good news.
I'm trying to eat cereal and type, put too much milk in and more than likely will end up with it down me trying to do two things at once. Paid off a bit to egg this morning so adjusted the total accordingly. That includes the £4.50ish I made as extra last week.CC2 = £8687.86 ([STRIKE]£10000[/STRIKE] )CC1 = £0 ([STRIKE]£9983[/STRIKE] ); Reusing shopping bags savings =£5.80 vs spent £1.05.Wine is like opera. Thanks Pippi, I've decided I'm going to collect all the quotes I like and write them in a nice notebook. On another note, I've printed off the chargeback letter (thanks ZTD) so we'll see if I can get my money back that way. Will keep you updated.CC2 = £8687.86 ([STRIKE]£10000[/STRIKE] )CC1 = £0 ([STRIKE]£9983[/STRIKE] ); Reusing shopping bags savings =£5.80 vs spent £1.05.Wine is like opera. I'm glad today is starting off on positive notes. Let's hope that chargeback letter reaps rewards."Green pastures are before me,
Which yet I have not seen;"
I'd love to be a good example - instead, I am a horrible warning.0 -

Brilliant idea. Here's another:
No one is in control of your happiness but you; therefore, you have the power to change anything about yourself or your life that you want to change.
