Hi Elsiepac, wow you've set yourself a lot of challenges, think I should take a leaf out of your book and get more organised! Good luck with them all, and I know how you feel about moving back home, i sold up my house at the same age as you did and after living alone with DS1 for 7 years I moved back in with my mum! Was ok, but we clashed on so many things that we had previously had never even agrued on lol! I moved out again after a year and half and things are much better now! I'll subscribe so I can keep an eye on your challenges!

I have joined loads of challenges over the last few days in a bid to rid myself of this debt once and for all:) I am hoping to have cleared one of my cards by the end of June. I am going to keep sending payments to it everyday until I have enough in my main account to clear it completely. Then I will start on the next one, and so on and so forth. I am so looking forward to the end when it is all mine again...happy posting x
Good luck to you, that sounds like a really good plan! I'd be doing the same if I wasn't on a DMP already! We're on some of the same challenges, so we can encourage each other  thanks again for your support xHi Elsiepac

Thanks for your support DFW - yep I decided I had to get organised because I was already losing track of where I was up to with my challenges! I'm still umming and ahhing about layout though - if I update most days, is there any need to post the lot every day? I can't decide if it is better to have one post with the challenges on and update it, then maybe do a new one each month - my only dislike of this is that they will get swallowed up quickly in the thread as I didn't do it on my first post! Although I could go back and do that, but it feels a bit wrong :rotfl: Glad to hear you're doing better now you've moved out... as I said my parents are great, I just don't want to be living with them! xI’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the Old Style, Crafting and Techie Stuff boards. If you need any help on these boards, do let me know. I randomly checked my banking at 20 past 11 and lo and behold I'd been paid already!!! So I'm getting a head start on Tuesday and paying things online... yay! I will update this post through Tuesday to save huge posts everywhere for one tiny change!!!

Edit: 1830 on 31 May!
I had a great day out - went to the mall, saw the Hangover 2, got a few bits and bobs...ah yes, that's where the money comes in! I was doing well and following the budgets I'd set myself - nothing more nothing less, however i have to confess i got a couple of things I wasn't intending to. I did get two new pairs of work trousers, £16 each, which I desperately needed, but that's coming from the clothes allowance I had this month which was £30, so I have to find £2 from another budget to cover it! I also had to buy some hemming stuff as they need letting down a little bit - the longer ones were too long! I'm now trying to reconcile everything, updated below!

You are doing well! If the work trousers were desperately needed then you had to have them, I am sure you won't find it a problem to 'save' that extra £2 from somewhere else. Glad you had a nice time out:)November NSD's - 70

Thanks Jamie, I just took it from my food budget in the end, same as that hemming stuff I bought. They really were desperately needed, believe me I didn't want to spend the money!! Especially not this month as it's going to be a really tight one! But can't do much about it now so moving on...!!! Good approach. Sometimes things crop up and we cant do anything about them, time to move on indeed:)
Yes I do have a diary....

I think you're lucky to have parents that you can live with, a lot of people haven't even got that. As for them treating you like a 16 year old, my parents still do that, even though i don't live with them, been married twice, and i'm 42!!0
