    Hi

Can I join in please? I am currently 10st 9lbs , have recently put on 7lbs. I would love to weigh under 9st and hope to get there before my 40th in Oct. Just been shopping and stocked up on fresh fruit ect. I love exercising but I also love my food so 1 cancels out the other. I will start properly tommorrow as I have had a few treats today and i'm sipping a nice cold budweiser as I type this:beer:. Target for June is 7lbs. (please let me join).

Just half a pound off for me this week but I have managed to tone up and lose some of those nasty centimetres round my waist and hips. And I'm now comfortably wearing a pair of trousers I couln't do up a few weeks ago :)
Dragon - can you please put my sw for 145.5 for this month, and I'm now on 145

    Put on 1.5lbs

Oh well, BIG loss last week and I've been on an up/down for the last six weeks so kinda to be expected.

    Hello Everyone

Please can I join? I'm 10st 8lb! Had my second baby in January and have got back to my pre-pregnancy weight a few weeks ago BUT before I fell pregnant with her I was really wanting to lose half a stone so although I am extremely pleased and proud to have lost the 3 stone I put on with her so quickly I still want to lose another half a stone :-)

On another note - Noticed today that some Quorn snack bites I had bought (they are like little BBQ chicken pieces and go great in a salad or with jacket pot) are only 83 calories for the whole pack!! Hope that helps someone.

Got my lazy butt back on the stationary bike today and cranked out 25km. Got a few new films on my ipod. So at some stages I was crawling along, but kept going and picked back up again.
I have golf with work on Tuesday. Handy as Wednesday is meant to be my rest day. Feeling like this week could be a good week. Rain or no rain, this week will lead to a lighter me!!

What day do you usually do a weigh-in or is it as and when? X
