My feeling boney is horrid, when I sleep I tend to lie on my side, so my knees are together, and it is those that feel boney, so I cannot sleep, I have tried a small cushion between my knees, (OH things that is funny, and had been offering me something else!!
) but it doesn't really help.
Like you say I'll just have to get use to it, as I am NOT gonig back to the way I was.!
bexster thanks for the well done xx
rdchic, hello  good luck with your weight loss.
I think you have done amazingly well to lose weight for your health. However I am a bit concerned about the amount you say you still need to lose. I think I read elsewhere that you are very near to being in the healthy BMI range but see that you have nearly a stone and a half still to go? You talk about being boney now but can you imagine how you will look and feel if you go on to lose all that weight? Im not trying to discourage you but wonder what a healthy weight is?I must not fear. Fear is the mind-killer.
Fear is the little-death that brings total obliteration.
I will face my fear. I will permit it to pass over and through me. When it has gone past I will turn the inner eye to see its path.
When the fear has gone there will be nothing. Only I will remain.0 -

I stayed the same today which is frustrating as I thought I'd done ok and my trousers were looser (slightly!). This week is going to be a good week where I stay focused, exercise and lose weight!1% at a time no. 40. £8000 (For dream family holiday) 94/100

Well done everyone! You're doing super great, I'm going to jump on the scale in the morning and see what the damage is... need to sign up to Slimming World again me thinks!!Life is too short not to love what you do.0

+1.6lbs / 0.75kg for me.

Eating about the right amount of calories, just eating the wrong foods this week I think. + Gym focus was on weights instead of cardio. Although I find it hard to believe the 1.6lbs is muscle.Current Debt: 0%.Current House Deposit: 7%.0 -
sadly I weigh the same... I remember the days of being 17 and losing a stone in a week just eating fruit and veg - not happening now... (although I'm not just eating fruit and veg lol)Life is too short not to love what you do.0

A stone in a week? Blimey - that could not have been healthy, surely! I know what you mean, though, when I was younger I could just cut out snacks and lose weight - now I'm approaching 50, I feel like I can't really eat much at all if I want to lose weight. What works for me is snacking on fruit only and cutting out bread, biscuits, cakes etc altogether.Sober October = 0 alcohol free days
