I've managed to lose one measly pound up to now this month. Very disappointed with myself right now, I've been working late a lot this month and unfortunately when I'm tired I eat. Loads. TOTM as well which also leads me to the biscuits, so it's not looking good for me right now.

Well done to everyone else though

Hello. I need to visit this thread again after about a years absence

I've been putting on weight when I've not been paying attention. Just about down to where I was when I left and have about 6lb to lose until I'm where I want to be. Not loads but it's being a right PITA to get rid of!
Debating either joining the gym or buying a 2nd hand exercise bike. Leaning towards the bike cause OH would (probably) use it too. He's said he wants to lose weight but atm seems to be vastly underestimating the exercise he needs to do if he wants to carry on eating the same amounts.
So anyway, it's back to calorie counting for me starting monday. Will be looking for some healthy lunch/dinner ideas too.0 -

Hi all,
A little late reporting in this week, but sadly I have put 1lb on when I got weighed yesterday, which is not good.
Had day out with friends yesterday and had a few peach snapps and lemonade, I don't normally drink much alcohol as usually driving, so it was a nice treat but not a good start to this week. Today has been better though as I have been weeding the garden all day in preparation for sons birthday party next week, hope a few calories burned off in the process.
I am going to get my WW info back out and start counting points again, but haven't really got used to the new pro points yet. Anyone got any tips or advice??
Finally, Well done to everyone who lost weight this week, and for anyone in my boat who over did it and didn't lose, better luck next week!!:T 2015 TARGETS :TWeight loss 12.5/112lb 18th feb -4.5lb, 25th feb -2.5lb, 4th mar -2.5, 11th Mar -3,

Hi all, sorry I am a bit slack at posting atm. I have been totally absorbed with relationship woes and not really caring what I eat, so dreading getting on the scales. I might actually WI tomorrow to see how bad things are.

Well done to those who have lost, hugs to the losers and STSers, and welcome back MarzipanFish!
