Hi all, sorry I am a bit slack at posting atm. I have been totally absorbed with relationship woes and not really caring what I eat, so dreading getting on the scales. I might actually WI tomorrow to see how bad things are. :(

Well done to those who have lost, hugs to the losers and STSers, and welcome back MarzipanFish!

jovi20, glad you enjoyed your day out, and never mind the 1lb gain, it's well worth it for a nice day out with friends. How are you keeping? xoxo

Thanks tara, I was really sad to hear about your relationshop probs on your other thread. I really hope you end up happy in the end with or without him!

I had a fairly bad day food wise yesterday. Not as terrible as possible but I had a footlong subway for dinner and I love it with mayo & southwest sauce and toated with cheese so I had all 3! At least it was dinner & not lunch... (except I had a milkshake for lunch!) And beer. Could have been worse I guess :o.

    Hello everyone.

Halfway through the month already so I thought I'd have a quick WI.

Not best pleased - only lost 1lb. Not been eating more but have done lots of overtime at work so very little exercise done. Annoying that while my job is tiring it doesn't burn up calories.

Right not quite so much overtime on the cards for the next 2wks so I will try to get back into the long walks.

Some terrific losses this month so well done everyone.

    Love Ma

    Can I join in please?
My weight has crept and crept up over the last few years and i`m sick of having a wardrobe of sexy clothes that I can`t get into anymore so it HAS to go for my own sanity. I went and bought some scales on Sunday and weighed in at 12st 4lb, the heaviest i`ve ever been. I`m also around a size 16 now which is biggest i`ve ever been.
So since my weight LBM at the end of last week I am cutting down my portion sizes and snacks a bit to see if that helps. Also trying to exercise and tone a bit everyday.
I can`t do strict dieting, I just think of food more if I try to tell myself I can`t have it so just going for the moderation route.
Anyway I thought that posting on here and logging my weight every Sunday may help to keep me motivated.

    Hi everyone
What a great thread - came across it at the weekend and would like to be included. Unfortunately, I'm not very strong willed but perhaps this might help me.

Last year I was at an all time high weight 196lbs :eek:. I did manage to lose 14lbs over the course of the Summer and Autumn as I had the incentive of my son's wedding this year to work towards and hoped to lose at least another 21lbs. Unfortunately, they split up and as such I lost my momentum.

Anyhow, I would like to be included. Currently weight 185lbs and since Sunday have been using the calorie counter site to keep track. Don't expect to lose 7lbs by end of June but any loss would help :D:D
  • 1lb lost for me, can't believe I'm losing as I'm doing no exercise and been to Pizza Hut this week and also ate a large pizza to myself on Friday night:o. I so want to get under 10 st.

Well done everyone, and welcome to the newbies! :)

OK, I have done the dreaded WI - 140.2lbs, so 1lb gained but not as bad as I thought considering. I am now firmly back to concentrating on my weight, and not my emotional problems! Count me back in.. . :)
