    Hi Everyone
According to my weigh in this morning, surpised to see I've lost 2lbs - now 183 lbs :j. I've faithfully been monitoring all my food info with the Calorie.com and have managed to keep my intake as minus. All good news except at the weekend I've not been so good :(. Will have to wait and see if this has an effect on next week's weigh in.

    Good luck to everyone else.

Not that anythings happened, just that I not been around - sorry.

Reporting a wieght of 213.2lbs, its been so long I can`t remember what I was! 215ish?

Have been off track for a couple of weeks, both on diet & money saving - poorly cat and poor excuses!

Just checked first page - looks like I lost 2.4lbs in total

Hi folks, I haven't disappeared but weight wise I'm doing totally crap. Am really trying to practise moderation but weight is up slightly from beginning of month and is resolutely sticking. I'm not giving up but losing a lot of hope tbh. Am thinking of going to my GP for a bit of advice, motivation or something...... Well done to all who are following, sticking and losing; you give the rest of us hope and motivation. Hopefully by the end of the month I will have at least 1 lbs loss.....
