hey gang how are we all doing? Dragon I'm happy to [weight] a week - sorry couldn't help myself, excuse me while I :rotfl:at my own joke! - for you to take up the mantle. WI today & I have lost 1.5lbs this week (not sure how as we were away at the weekend at a festival and had a "!!!!!! it I'm on holiday" attititude - but I'm not about to look a gift horse in the mouth!)
So I started the month at 132.5lbs and now am 129.5lbs am happy with that! :jDF as at 30/12/16

1lb loss for me this week, :j that eliminates the one I put on last week, but is a step back in the right direction.
I have been out walking a little this week which has made a difference as I have to admit the week did not start off that great, so I am greatful I made a loss at all.

Hi everyone.
Well did my weekly weigh in this morning and am still at 11st13lb so have stayed the same! At least it`s not a gain i suppose. I have had a bit of a bad week, have been really down over a few things and have eaten loads more as a consequence and haven`t felt like exercising. Still today is the start of a new week. gonna take pooches for a long walk later, will try to keep the speed up, may even fit in a couple of small jogs! Hope everyone is ok this week.0 -

I've done my first weigh in for 2 weeks, had a few days away over my weigh-in day...and I've put on 3.5lbs over those 2 weeks. Obviously the walking we did away didn't offset the 5 cooked breakfasts and big evening meals while we were out! Definitely count me in for July - I need to get my backside in gear0 -

Hi everyone
According to my weigh in this am, have lost 1lb this week - now 13 stone. Not too bad I suppose making a total of loss of 3lbs in 2 weeks.
Have set myself a goal to lose minimum 14 lbs by beginning of October when I'm off to visit my son in Canada. Hopefully this is doable?

Hi guys,
Sorry that I have been MIA. It's been a hectic one this month!
Currently in Holland and weighed myself this morning... 86.3kg! So that's 5 whole pounds for me this month so far (can't remember when I started, about mid way through I guess) but 5lbs is the kick up the bum I needed so I have now bought the 30 day shred DVD which the guys on the dfw board have been saying about and will do that religiously for 30 days! I actually want to loose a stone by the end of next month. Should be doable as I don't do anything but eat at the mo!
Keep up the good work though guys and see you on the other side! XxxLife is too short not to love what you do.0
