    I really feel like sending it all back but I do actually want the items I did order, what a quandary.

    I sent a complaint e-mail to Avon and this is what I got back

    Dear Customer,

    Further to your recent email concerning the Avon Bubble Bath promotion error on https://www.avonshop.co.uk.

    Buy 2 choose 2nd Free

    price: £4.00 or 2 for -£24.00

    Whilst we appreciate that you are upset that we are unable to process your order, the promotion was to buy 2 items at the regular price of £4 in order to receive the 2nd item free of charge. Since you have not in fact purchased a bubble bath from us we are unable to proceed with this promotion.

    If you would like to take advantage of this great offer please place your order again and if you use voucher code DISCOUNT at the checkout, we will give you 20% off your order. This voucher is valid until 31/12/2006.

    Both my emailed order confirmation and advice note accompanying my delivery confirms acceptance of the order with the bubble bath price being zero, they're just trying to wriggle out of this one......

    I have received the stock email back

    I have replied demanding they respond to my points, and copied in my previous email and screenshot again, hopefully there email server is as useless as their site so the screenshot gets through :)

    Also stated how rude they were trying to fob me off with a stock reply

    Everyone complain, eventually they will send these out, if we keep harassing them :)

    well at least you got some sort of reply, I haven't even had that yet and I emailed them the other day when mine arrived.

    Well just recieved my eyeshadows, sans bubble bath, which is ok because I kinda felt bad about even trying to get some anyway as I bet the poor person who typed the price in wrong got in right trouble! It's the kind of silly thing I'd do :D But anyway, one of the eyeshadows I recieved is broken and is no way fit to give as a present so gonna have to contact Avon about that, grumble! They didn't really package it very well, no bubble wrap or anything around them to protect them so I'm surprized one of them arrived intact!:mad:
