and there loads more like that on the site so the person or people who look after there website are idiots i going to spend a little while taking screen shots of them all so if they dont send my bubble bath like they say they would all have the screen shot to take to small claims

have just sent avon an email telling them im not happy and would like to know what they are going to do to sort this out as by debitting my account they entered in to a legally binding contract to fulfill my order , told them i would wait for their response before seeking legal advice into this matter as in effect ive been charged £3.50 for a free catalogue grrrrrrr

Iv not heard anything about them not sending out the bubblebath, they have charged my card and shipped it, but the parcel is only 2.1 and i orderd a pile of stuff from it.

My husband once bought me something from Avon because there was ONE item I wanted.
They kept sending him loads of junk mail, so I email them and said he was DECEASED (hoping that would prompt some action).

The email came back saying that they couldn't deal with me because because of the data proptection act and could he email himself !!!!

I think I wrote a complaint back.
He did get taken off the list but no apology.

It was a white lie, but still shambolic nevertheless.

I have personally found Avon packaging to be a problem.
I sometimes keep items for several years and a few Avon items have literally disintegrated. I have never had this with other companies products only Avon.

Well mine's just arrived containing facial wipes I ordered at the same time but no bubble bath - total cost £1.50 - surely it costs Avon more than that to send these anyway??!!!

I am going to email avon with something similar to Louise - the whole thing is a total sham!!! And very bad for Avon - I bet there's a fair few people on here who won't be using them again...

Also,the delivery lady said she was rushed off her feet this week, with loads more avon orders than usual, even considering Christmas...hmm...??!!!!!

well now i'm glad people ordered more than 1, it is their own fault for trying to get out of it, i ordered 2 but had an email saying that they made an error on the price they keep saying it said buy 1 and get 1 free or something like that but what it actually said was 2 bubble baths for -£24.00 i sent them an email because not only can they keep their site secure but they do not even know what the price was.

Please can someone tell me how you managed to see account details? I cant find my order anywhere, havent got an email to say its been cancelled but when I enter my password says it cant find me.

Just want to check out how easy it is to find my details dont want to look at anyone elses
