  • Whether we should or should not receive the 'free' bubble bath is unclear but for Avon to send an empty box (the brochure doesn't count!) is clearly them rubbing salt in our wounds....who would be happy to spend £3.50 on thin air? (certainly not MSE's!). Two bubble baths could have been bought for 50p more! Its a total PR disaster...

    mine is still showing as processing too, late updated on 11 December. No goods received as yet either, and no email.

    I did order £3 worth of goods with it at the same time though.

    I only ordered the bubble bath, 1. Got an email from them today saying there has been an error and they will not be able to take that order any further.

    Fair enough i guess.

    Thats fair enough if they haven't taken your money, which is definately worth taking. The issue here is that some of us - including me - have been charged for a box with a catalogue and a sheet of paper! In fact mine was next day delivery so turns out to be £5.50, I don't think so avon!

    have tried to see my order and it is saying that it cant be found on the system but had debited my card for payment:confused:

    I actually cancelled my order myself as I was worried about their security - I asked for my details to be removed as well - they still haven't done it :mad:

    THE AWARD FOR BAD PR/SHAMBOLIC SECURITY THIS YEAR GOES TO :- 'AVON'!!:rolleyes: :D

    I'm still waiting for my delivery to arrive (I've had the dispatch email), but reading this thread has made me soooooo angry!! I ordered other items along with the bubble bath, but the fact that Avon are charging some people £3.50 for an empty box and a catalogue which I would normally class as junkmail is disgusting!!!!

    It's strange that some have recieved their free bubble bath - I wonder if that is simply an error on their part when picking/packing the orders?

    I certainly won't be using avon again, whether I recieve my bubble bath or not - simply due to their obvious lack of customer care...and I'll be advising others of the same....grrrrrrrrr!!!!!!!!!!:mad:
