I'm having similar problems with "Amped" , ordered but not sent yet...only
upside is Quidco have already tracked the transaction at 11% and I'm happy enough to get the game at £9.99 eventually....haven't had any emails from them yet though.I'm now a retired teacher... hooray ...:j

Yes you do need to call the 0870 number. I called the alternative number on say no to 0870 on Saturday and was told that it was the office in Jersey or Jernsey wherever it is and that I would have to call the 0870 number. Which I did, held for 15 minutes and didn't get through. Later cancelled my order online as staus had been sititing at ready and awaiting dispatch for 2 weeks!0 -
same problems for me with the amped offer too ,:( was a xmas pressie but dont think it will be here till after ,luckily i bought another game that should keep him amused till it comesmy name is Kit and im addicted to competitions , the what if is my driving force

I have had a similar problem.
Ordered Cruel Intentions on dvd for my brother for Christmas on 30/10. Nothing showing when I ordered that it wasn't in stock, no communcation.
I received the other DVD's I ordered at the same time and went to check what had happened to the DVD - say the 'being ordered from supplier' message. That was mid November - still nothing.
On Monday I decided to call the number and was on hold for 25 minutes:mad:
By the time one of the operators came on I was seriously unhappy and told him so (while remaining quite calm). I explained their customer service was disgusting, their communication lacking and once I had received the DVD I would not use them again.
I asked them to chase the DVD with their supplier and they are supposed to email me to tell me what is happening - of course I have had no email from them. I will chase it again at the weekend, although don't want to use the phone number again so if anyone has a customer services email address I would appreciate it.MFIT No. 810 -

I ordered a DVD on 30/11 and received an email to say it was dispatched on 2/12. It still has not arrived even though DVDs I've ordered since have. A few days ago I emailed them but have not had a response 9even though they quote 48hrs). I have also tried to call (the 0485 chargeable number) on 4 occasion. Held for 15 mins the first time, they cut me off after 8 mins on the second attempt and today I held for 18mins and then 23mins. Emailed them again tonight but really unhappy with the customer service side of things. will just have to wait for a response now. I've asked for either the DVD to be sent immediately or a full refund.:A0

I had this problem with an order from them a while ago. It had been weeks with no delivery.

Hi,
I wouldn't panic, I've emailed HMV twice this month, seems to take between 5 - 7 days to get a reply!
Being fair, they did sort out my problem 100% each time!
