    I ordered Wii Play when it was in stock, choosing next day delivery. I then sold the items on eBay, and after not receiving them after 3 days, called to find out they were out of stock and I was on a preorder list.. I refunded the buyers but they weren't happy.

    HMV are rubish but this is your own fault.

    You should never sell anything you don't have in hand.

    Has anyone had any updates on their items?

    I have been receiving a daily email from customer services - however it still tells me nothing other than item is on order and they don't know when it will come in.

    still nothing from HMV....I am seriously cheesed off now ....I want a refund and it says to contact them via email...using the contact button....darned if I can find it....all I can see as a method of contact is a phone number....anyone care to show the email address here so I dont spend a fortune wasting time on the telephone?

  • I have received 4 of the 5 items I ordered on 25th Nov . You should be able to cancel your order in My Account .

    my item said "sent" on the 22nd of December, I've waited the suggested 10 days for non-arrival and since the email link has been removed....I've phoned them....apologies from the customer services rep....item must have gone missing...will now issue a refund....now off downtown to buy the game in a REAL shop.
    I'm now a retired teacher... hooray ...:j

    :mad: HMV are rubbish. Ordered 6 cds for Xmas presents, all in stock and all ordered in time for Xmas delivery. Not one of them arrived, 2 were shipped but didn't turn up until after Xmas, the rest are on order. To make matters worse I have never had I reply from a single email I have sent them. Can't believe the customer service is so bad. Will not be buying from them ever again.
