I contacted next this morning as my whole order is not suitable and was concerned that I would lose the credit but they assured me that when the items are refunded to my account there would still be a £30 credit left which I can use to order again. Also the £30 credit was not showing online in my account but the said it definately was there x0

Hi everyone
LivingSocial's asked us to post a response on the thread. MSE doesn't endorse anything a company may say on the forum. From LivingSocial - We apologise to all the people in the UK that bought the NEXT deal and experienced difficulties with their unique redemption code. This is due to a technical fault on our behalf. All the people that were effected by this have been emailed by LivingSocial explaining the problem and have been issued a redemption code they can now use. Its important for our UK customers that you redeem your voucher code on the dedicated landing page shown on the voucher. Our customer care department can be reached on 0800 014 8431 if you would like to speak to someone personally. Again we apologise for this and thank you for your patience.

Hi,
Could someone PM me the free delivery code please?
Thanks very much in advance,
Leo.0 -
Went to redeem the voucher on Next website, code worked fine. But I had to create an account with them, and they don't let you the option of collection from store. You must pay £3.99 home delivery as this is your first order.
I called to customer service and they explained it's due to 'security reasons'... I explained them it's not written anywhere and they promised me that once the order arrives, they will give me a full refund for the shipping.
I thought it might be helpful to share it, as there might be more people opening new accounts with NEXT, and they can save this shipping rate (I tried the free delivery code but it didn't work).0 -

That's really odd Rudess as my mum had to open an account to use the gift voucher, she opted for no catalogue and pay for delivery option as she did not want a credit account. BUT oddly enough the free delivery worked and she wasn't charged for it.
When I opened my account a long time ago, I wasn't able to get around the delivery charge either. Did you follow the same steps as my mum did as above?Comping wishlist for 2017

Oh i'm gutted - bought three things and with the voucher ended up paying £25 including delivery, which for some reason wouldn't go free with the code. Two of the things have arrived and they just don't fit at all. I hope there'll be a way to at least get the original £15 back for people, otherwise i'll be paying £40 in total for something that's tagged at about half that price..
could you maybe take the tagged clothes instore say they were a gift and ask for an exchange maybe?0 -
I bought 2 tops with my voucher - one is fine and the other one I tried to take back today to a store to swap for something else. She refused me saying that I can't exchange something I bought online for something instore. Asked her if she could treat it like a return without a receipt then and do an exchange. She said no as when she scans the returned top it would show up where I had bought it. Is this true does anyone know?0

im not sure it is true, earlier in the year when next had there summer stuff online before it was in the shops, i ordered a few items for my daughter for this summer, when we had the nice weather a few weeks back she wore one of the outfits but the pumps were too small, they fit her 6weeks b4 when i first received them.
I knew wed had them longer than 28 days, they were still taged unworn ect so i sent my dad in with them saying they was a present & could he exchange them for the next size up, which next did no problem, maybe we was just lucky, but its put me off buying in advance incase the kids grow more than expected.0 -
