Just checked my account, and says £6, which is correct. A few days ago the £30 credit had not shown up online, yet today it has. Do you have the delivery note with the £30 credit on it as proof? I kept mine just in case, as was expecting something to go wrong.0

I have been charged £30 by living social despite having enough referrals on my account for a free one. Did anyone else encounter this and manage to resolve it? ThanksJuly- coconut body shop body butter, pom bear football, mini johnsons lotion, Sally Hansen nail treatments0

Free delivery codes aren't supposed to be for everyone, hence the codes not being allowed to be posted on MSE. I believe they are sent to selected credit account holders to entice them to shop again. Technicaly we are not entitled to it but when you do use one, the orders go straight through to the warehouse, who don't have anything to do with the price or delivery - only the packing, so often it is overlooked. You wouldn't be given free delivery if you order by phone, or if you phone up asking for them to refund you for it.Comping wishlist for 2017

Perhaps luck of the draw of who you get on the phone, you could try ringing back and see if you can speak to a different advisor?Comping wishlist for 2017

Is anyone else still waiting for a working voucher code? I've been trying to get hold of livingsocial for over a week now. I was originally sent a 12 digit code that wouldn't work, and was then sent a new 10 digit code later that day. This code also comes up as invalid and so I've not been able to use my voucher yet.
I'm really not happy about this. I've sent two emails, 4 support requests and have had no response from them what so ever. I've tried phoning them on the number on the voucher and I get no answer.0 -
went to next last weekend to exchange an item but they refused to exchange it and said that they only can return it and the amount will credited to my next account, i was unsure because i have paid with voucher and spoke to the manager but they said that it will be credited to my account.0

Has anyone else had problems like this?
I ordered 2 vouchers which living social who debited 30 pounds out my bank account
I then bought 60 pounds worth of goods through next as the deal was £30 of spending power for £15. My thoughts were i would technically be getting goods at half price with my two vouchers
However next credited £30 back to my account but say i still have £30 outstanding.
If i paid 30 to living social and next say i owe 30 ihave paid £60 in total.
Why have they both charged me? I only expected to pay out £30.
Next keep saying the deal was 30 pounds off my order. If this is the case what was the point in the deal if ive had to pay out £60 anyway. Surely i could have ordered my 60 pounds worth of goods directly from next in the first place without all the bother with codes ( that didnt work at first) and deals.
The cost i would have spent directly with next if i had not used the code instead has just been split between two companies.
Am i right on this? has anyone else felt the advertising of this was a con.
I wouldnt have bothered if i felt i was getting the items full price.
very unhappy and i cant even take the damn goods back for a refund0 -
ladygea2001 you can use only 1 voucher per account, so you can only buy £30 worth of goods for the £15 voucher and use the second one in different account0
