    Hi all,

I already have an account with Next and have just stumbled across this thread. I am about to go through Living Social to get my £30 for £15...just hope I do not encounter any problems, seems like there have been a few issues, but mainly down to returns I think.

Does anyone have a free delivery code they could PM me? I would be most grateful :D Many thanks.

Oh really :( that's a shame...I have missed the boat! However, a kind member did PM me a free delivery code to try, so I will give that a go as I do need to order a couple of bits.

can anyone help me figure this out before I ring next please...

ordered £72 worth of goods, used the free delivery code - two of the items were returned, but for one of the items I ordered a replacement in a new size which I've kept so thought they would still allow me the £30 credit, but they have done an account adjustment and are saying I owe them £3.87, can't figure out where they got that from, order was as follows -

£20 trousers - returned and swapped for new size
    £25 jacket - returned
    £18 trousers - kept
    £5 top - kept
    £5 top - kept (tops were 2 for £9)

so even if they do not allow me to exchange the trousers shouldn't the adjustment be for £3 and not £3.87? Just can't figure out where the 87p comes from.

Eruxcan, you were only allowed to use one voucher per customer, I would suggest you call Next and ask for the one voucher you were entitled to to be removed from the total and pay the outstanding balance.

are you sure that when you placed the order the total was £16 ? i mean is it showed the £30 deducted from the total? if not so i suppose you have used the voucher incorrectly

Dont waste your time. I had the same problem and was told on here that apparantly you could only use one voucher - didnt see that myself. After numerous emails to Next I got no where and ended up paying for the full priced items  . Kept saying ring living social.

Could not return them and after all the headache have not ordered from Next since. Wont be expecting a VIP this time I dont think.

To be fair, if you did not read the terms and conditions, you were conned out of your money like I was thinking you were getting a bargain but actually paid full price for items i wouldnt have bought otherwise.
  • I am in a similar position as Erucan. I placed an order for approx £100. Used the Living Social voucher. Returned a few items as they didnt fit but the total of the items I have kept is still over £30. Its showed £30 knocked off on the order confirmation but now on my online account there is no discount showing!?
