Did you keep the confirmation email? the same happened to me - my discount showed on my email but not my account. I phoned Next and they said they could see I had used a voucher and they adjusted my account.

Luckily it sorted itself out in the end. I got my statement through today and the £30 had been knocked off. I was all ready to have a go at them as well!:p

I'm a bit disapointed I ordered a bag for my sister for her upcoming birthday, and it was absolutely awful so I returned it to store and they wouldn't exchange only credit back to my account.
I am just hoping that I will be still able to spend my voucher.
I dont know about anyone else but so many of the things (no less then about ten) I wanted and had planned to buy with my voucher are out of stock and even after speaking to a shop assistant in store they advised me they dont think they will be receiving anymore stock too.
I'm going to call Next tommorow as I'm hoping that the return will be showing on my account by then and I'm hoping they will allow me to place another order and credit that order with my discount code.

I too took mine back to the store, and had my account credited. It was just an exchange I wanted - I just took them back to the shop as I was going away for a few days and it was easier than missing the courier calling. I've rang them, but I've been waiting for a phone call back saying it's all sorted, since Monday.
