Thanks for your replies i have emailed them so will let you know what they say,
i think that if you buy online, you cant see it properly or try it on so we must be able to exchange it without losing out ,
as i said im not returning the item to get credit on the account , im happy 4 an exchange i just dont wanna lose the £9.00

i have ordered a sandals for my lo and its too small, think their kids shoes sizes are small, i will try to go to store to exchange them, let me know what happen with you

Oh i'm gutted - bought three things and with the voucher ended up paying £25 including delivery, which for some reason wouldn't go free with the code. Two of the things have arrived and they just don't fit at all. I hope there'll be a way to at least get the original £15 back for people, otherwise i'll be paying £40 in total for something that's tagged at about half that price.. :(

You wont be able to get a refund, but I imagine you could swap them for something else instore. I would call Next customer services and ask them if they would allow you to do that, they would know the full terms and conditions. I know with these types of vouchers they often don't allow you to exchange unless its a different size.

Savvy I know it's not your question - I'm just quoting you so my answer makes sense ifyswim.

I ordered using the Evans glitch the other week. When the order came my clothes were too big, so I took them instore (with the receipt with the glitch on, I wasn't hiding anything) and they exchanged them no problem. I didn't even have the same clothes, I chose something else.

I know mine was Evans, and this is Next, but just take them back instore, and choose something else. You'll be fine. ;)

That's okay Elysia, quote me to your hearts content :D

Hopefully someone will confirm that exchanging items instore isn't a problem, I bought clothes for dd but with Next I find sometimes the photographer gets a bit arty and the clothes don't quite look the same as in the pictures so I think a few items may need to be exchanged lol.

Also, those who were told they had a voucher free because they referred 3 friends have you found you have been charged for the two even though the receipt says only charged for one?

Can I also make it clear Livingsocial I do not want my inbox spammed with several private messages! You have not been officially allowed to represent your company on these boards so why do you think it is acceptable to harrass me?

ok heres the email i sent to next

    Good Morning Next,

I placed a order on my next account Customer Number: xxxxx using the £30 for £15 Living Social offer,
Unfortunatly the flip flops i ordered are unsuitable for my husband & now i wish to return them, however i am unsure i am able to do this without losing the £9.00 credit? i dont mind taking them into store & exchanging them for something else, but im not sure how i go about doing this without losing the £9.00 credit if that makes sense?
Please could you advise me what i should do.
    Many Thanks

    xxxxx

    And this is the reply

    Dear xxxxx

Thank you for taking the time to e-mail us.

I am sorry for the delay in my response.

We will honour the discount of £30 however you must ensure that your order is to the minimum value of £31, and if the discount is not reflected then please contact us.

Please also inform me if you would like a reorder sent to your home so I can do this once I have your reply.

I am sorry for any inconvenience caused.

    Kind regards

I have replied with a new item number i wish to order instead of the flipflops & also asking should i return the flipflops to store, i think thats what they are asking me to do?
