Used my vouchers (me and mum) with no problems yesterday and today. Very pleased with how quickly the problem was sorted and the way it was handled. Wouldn't hesitate to buy from living social again if they do as good deals. Would be nice if they could do a deal with Boots :)

Well my order has been delivered, & i ordered a pair of flip flops for my husband as were going on holiday & he hates them he said they are the most uncomfy things hes ever tried on, so now what do i do? they cost £9.00 if i return them will i lose the money ? i cant exchange them for a diff size as its not the size thats the prob he just doesnt like them. I was hoping they would just credit the account £9.00 but after reading thro the post on here it doesnt look like that will be the case?

You wont be able to get a refund, but I imagine you could swap them for something else instore. I would call Next customer services and ask them if they would allow you to do that, they would know the full terms and conditions. I know with these types of vouchers they often don't allow you to exchange unless its a different size.

Thanks for your replies i have emailed them so will let you know what they say,
i think that if you buy online, you cant see it properly or try it on so we must be able to exchange it without losing out ,
as i said im not returning the item to get credit on the account , im happy 4 an exchange i just dont wanna lose the £9.00
