I've done something wrong as neither the free delivery code or 10 digit voucher code has been deducted at checkout?

Went through www.next.co.uk/livingsocialgb and it accepted my code. i think I was probably signed in earlier as it had items I wanted to buy in the basket already so I went to checkout but have been charged full price plus delivery of £3.99.

Is there any point in contacting Next customer services to ry and get £15 discount applied?

This is the same thing that happened to me, I emailed Next customer services who apologised and said the £30 would be deducted from my next statement, but i don't know when that is due and I am not convinced it'll happen.
My code no longer works, so I can't even reorder and cancel the 1st order. It's probably worth emailing CS anyway, at least I have an email from them saying the money will be taken off as proof if it isn't.
Not sure what else to do!

Finally got mine to work last night after nearly throwing the computer through the window. ;)

One order delivered to store on my account (as I didn't know the free del code). I tried to add the second code and make another order but it wouldn't accept it, so DD placed the order on hers (was ordering it as a surprise, but she knows now :(, and it went through ok. Used the free del code on that one as she googled it.

I used mine with no problems but I'm just wondering what will happen if I need to return the items? I've ordered curtains and cushions for my lounge but you can never be sure of colours until they arrive. Hopefully the £15 will remain as credit on the account so it will be deducted off the subsequent order.
Not too impressed that I have to wait 6-7 weeks for my order...

For those of you wanting to pay off your accounts with this voucher, why don't you just order something for £31 and then send it back....this way you'll get a refund credited to your account :-)
  • I received a new 10 digit code this morning and thankfully it has worked and I have been able to place my order with Next.

I also obtained the free delivery code, but the Next website wouldn't accept it, maybe they have finally cottoned on and stopped it from being used.

However, as this is my first experience of using Living Social I can't say that I was very impressed and don't think all the hassle I have been through to obtain a new code has been worth the saving.

Unfortunately it wouldn't work like that. If you returned any items from an order placed with this voucher then you wouldn't get any refund at all. It is a common clause with these voucher sites.

Are you entitled to an exchange?

    Hi.

Placed one order successfully but got 2 vouchers and the second 10 digit code says invalid when I checkout, I see others have successfully used 2 vouchers, what am I doing wrong?

    If anyone can help

    Thanks. Kim
