Glad new non sequential codes have been sent out, haven't used mine yet, not through lack of wanting mind, it's just all the pretty girls clothes are out of stock and finding it tough choosing anything.

So to get free delivery what are we doing? Are we signing in to our accounts with free del code, filling our baskets, then going through the screen to use our vouchers? Not really sure how to go about it :/

I went via the livingsocial link and enterred the code.
Then I clicked my account and logged in with account details and free delivery code.
Then I added shopped and added items to my basket.
When I went to checkout it had the £30 code applied and left me with the remainder to pay to my account.
Free delivery worked ok using this method.

I would go through Living Social and click through the link to Next website to apply the code - then fill basket, log in and enter free del code and go through checkout.
If you log in beforehand you sometimes miss the free del or the £30 doesn't activate - best not take risk ;)

I think this happened to me, I'd already logged in, with the free del code, then when to the living social/next page to input my new 10 code, which was accepted but then at checkout the £30 wasn't deducted. I entered through to the next stage of my order, thinking it would then deduct it, but it simply confirmed my order!
I emailed Next who replied within 10 minutes saying my account would be amended when I receive my next statement.....not convinced that will happen!

Did the £30 come off the order total on the screen, before you confirmed?

Thanks for all your help x

I've done something wrong as neither the free delivery code or 10 digit voucher code has been deducted at checkout?

Went through www.next.co.uk/livingsocialgb and it accepted my code. i think I was probably signed in earlier as it had items I wanted to buy in the basket already so I went to checkout but have been charged full price plus delivery of £3.99.

Is there any point in contacting Next customer services to ry and get £15 discount applied?

Managed to order with no problems using the registering £30 code, logging out, inputting free delivery code technique. (Thanks for that tip - almost gave up). Am very pleased - ordered a turquoise Geri Halliwell bikini for £25 instead of £40 (would never have bought the £15 discount but really wanted it!). Hope everyone else manages to get their codes to work OK.

No, you have to place an order for the discount to kick in.
