  • If anyone else had the same address as you and ordered then that will be why. It should say one purchase per household not per person/card really.

ETA - Just read back through your posts, you said you and your partner already used your codes, but you now say you have an email without a code too. Does that mean you had placed multiple orders through different cards/addresses through referals? They probably track by ip address too...

no didnt say i used mine, at the time i presumed mine had arrived (didnt check my mail until after-then saw the message) we tried my partners voucher first he has different card and address to me so totally diffrernt customer (in their eyes) the only thing i can think of would be the ip address :( bit un-fair ..oh well as long as i dont get charrged for nothing, might give them an email

I bought two of these under my husbands and my cards (at the same address!) and received both 10 digit codes (for once I was one of the lucky ones) used them both this morning on the next website but couldn't put in the free delivery code as I'd already used a promo code - opted for the catalogue as cheaper, then removed it and the free delivery stayed on the order! A nice glitch :)
    Wins so far:
:)£100 M&S Voucher, £10 Mama's & Papa's Voucher, £50 Mother Care Voucher, £50 Very Voucher, £65 dining out Voucher, 3 months of Purina Cat food, cinema tickets, silk scarf, Frusli bars,

Did it have 10 or 12 digits?

Just getting this message just now:
"We are really sorry but this page is temporarily unavailable due to a technical issue. We are working very hard to get this resolved. Please try again later."

Hopefully that's them sorting out the problems with the codes that don't work. I was one of those that got a 12 digit code and yes - It didn't work. Glad I'd looked on here before trying it though as at least then I knew there was lots of others with the same issue.

Fingers' crossed it works after they've resolved their "technical issue".

Those who were able to use your vouchers.. were you able to get free delivery using the free delivery code too? I'm not a new customer and don't have a credit account so cant opt for catalogue or store delivery and would be a shame to have to use £3.50 of the voucher on delivery costs
    Comping wishlist for 2017
    1. Family holiday 2. Christmas presents :rudolf: 3. Fishing stuff

I was able to use the free delivery code but the remainder to pay went on my credit account.

Would anyone be so kind to direct me to the free delivery code please?

From what I can gather the email refusing the free one comes if the third referral is from the same address (maybe IP ormaybe home). Mine was refused despite it being a different customer and different card so their terms aren't exactly clear - more than one per household unless you use your own referral link and it's the third one. Hope that makes sense.
