Maybe this is because they offer their services in other countries and so need to be available at all times?
Who knows!0 -

i THINK they have UK working staff, because when you go to the "about us" section of their website, you get the address for the office in Washington, and then the address for the Wellington Street London office. So what this "call this UK number during US working hours" rubbish is all about, I dont know!0 -
They really should send an email to those affected by this problem telling them they will get another code.
It's embarressing, I pasted this to facebook (without the ref code) to my friends, now they will think I've spammed them with a scam.0 -
To use your £30 voucher you need to enter it in at http://www.next.co.uk/livingsocialgb/
Thanks x I didn't realise that
Mine appears to have worked but was a 10 digit code - how annoying that peeps are having this hassle with the 12 digits!
Also wonder if anyone that had others buy through their link 3 times will actually get the deal for free?!
It's a bit pants!0 -

"""Thanks for purchasing a LivingSocial deal to Next on May 20, 2011.
Our records show that your credit card was already used to make another purchase for this exact deal. Our policy only allows one purchase per credit card, per deal. Your first purchase will be honored, but all subsequent purchases for this particular deal will not be valid"""

I would contact your bank/credit card provider asap - that sounds dodgy0 -
If anyone else had the same address as you and ordered then that will be why. It should say one purchase per household not per person/card really.
ETA - Just read back through your posts, you said you and your partner already used your codes, but you now say you have an email without a code too. Does that mean you had placed multiple orders through different cards/addresses through referals? They probably track by ip address too...Comping wishlist for 2017
