i had problems accessing my account and they emaled me back in about 4 hours.

my friend's code is 10 digits and its working but mine is 12 digits and not working i think the codes digits is stupid as they are sequential which is easy to be stolen

It woudn't take a genious to have used everyones codes now would it. Exactly what happened with KGB Deals.

Another 12 digit code here that doesn't work. Why can't they link a code to a name/address then someone else couldn't steal it (if that's what's happened)? And if someone has stolen other people's codes, surely they'd be quite trackable and it's a police matter? Or is it just incompetence by the code distributor!?

Thank god its not just me! i have a 12 digit code and it is saying invalid. I have emailed them and, like others, it bounced straight back!
