Try clicking to print the voucher (you don't have to print it). THen click on the special link http://www.next.co.uk/livingsocialgb/ which takes you to a page to enter your code before you shop.

I've just done mine, worked fine.

Thanks for the help cupcake, but I can't seem to find an option to print straight from email, only 'download'. Previously when accessing the page and inputting the code, it just returned a 'Pin not valid' error. Still doing the same.

I clicked to print from my account page in Living Social (not from email) - think it takes you to a pdf document.

Thank you cupcake, glad you got yours working. The voucher musn't like me, that link won't even work for me =/ can only open the link from the email pdf.

mines isnt working either, tryed calling......

....... but it rung once then went silent...... have put a ticket in and will just have to wait and see....... disappointment
