That's terrible that it won't work for you. I managed to use mine this morning (luckily by the sounds of it). How can they send you codes that are invalid- surely it's not that hard for them to organise is it?0

Not to play devils advocate but I reckon all codes were working when they were sent!

Tried emailing - it bounced back.
Have sent a request through their website help page

I thought it said my vouchers were used too but you actually click that yourself when you have used it.

Hmmmmmmm..... Just called Next, they are aware there are issues, it seems those of you with 10 digits in your codes are able to use your codes without problems but us others with 12 digit codes are having the issues. Suprise suprise Next are also unable to get through to Lving Social but have promised me a call back when it's sorted.... we'll see! Sorry I can't bring better news!Midwife in the making....0

At least Next are aware of the issue and haven't fobbed you off! Will give them a call after work tonight.
Yes I have 12 digits in mine
Fancy linking up with a partner you cannot contact - not sure whos worse- Living Social or Next!
If there American based I guess we wont get through yet with business hours0
