Slimming World ! Nothing is forbidden ! The Dukan diet might work but it's not really re educating about eating habits is it ?

My local tesco has it beside the porridge oats, mind you it's at the bottom shelf quite well hidden! Only 99p and the bag has lasted me 1 and a half weeks - porridge every day and made pancakes once or twice a week, really good value for money, oh and it's tesco's own make clear wrapping and it looks like sawdust! Good luck x

Actually meer once you have read the book it explains a lot about eating habits and how to avoid going back into bad one's, I agree it's probably not for everyone but it has helped a lot of people and personally for myself I prefer to go cold turkey and cut out all carp! I find it harder if I can still eat chocolate etc but whatever works I say! x
  • I also wanna know about this kind of the question and want to know about this one diet...... Will any body help us at this forum please and guide us about this one diet......../?????

I got the book at the weekend and have skim-read it, seems straight-forward enough. However, there are loads of reviews on Amazon saying that as soon as you start eating 'normally' again the weight just piles back on. Can any of you who are on it - or have completed it - advise? Thanks!

Oatbran is nothing more than belly-fill, it has little nutritional value and the more liquid you take with it the more it swells in your belly and the less hungry you feel.
.................:)....I'm smiling because I have no idea what's going on ...:)

I'm going to try this diet myself from tomorrow. I don't want to lose a huge amount of weight but I've never had any luck with the slimming world type (eat whatever you like) diets.

I've always enjoyed bran cereals so hopefully the oat bran will make this diet suitable for me.

My sister has been on it for a few days and I can already see the difference.

    *fingers crossed*
