Wherever did you see this thread as inviting opinions??? The OP asked a question, wanting factual answers - NOT opinions, and, I should think, especially not opinions likely to upset her at this difficult time.

I think this thread should be closed now. I sincerely hope the OP stopped reading it a while ago.

I think it would be completely wrong to have a thread entitled XXX cost without having some alternative opinions.

Even on less emotive issues, I have often come on MSE asking a specific question and coming away with a completely different solution. So there is value in a sensitive discussion, that still allows the OP to make a sensible decision at the end.

I don't like the bickering though.

    I've been Money Tipped!

a question for leos-mummy - if you got cancer tomorrow would you have surgery to remove the tumor which, by nature, is growing inside you. Because after all, what is meant to be, is meant to be. Isn't it??

Because after all and as you have quoted, what is meant to be, is meant to be. Isn't it?? Or is this when you decide that God has made the wrong desciion by choosing you? It was just a thought.[/QUOTE]

completely different thing... a tumour doesnt grow to a human being with arms, legs, emotions, feelings etc. it doesnt need cared for.it doesnt feel pain the way a foetus does when it is terminated. what a horrible thing to compare a beautiful unborn baby with a disgustin tumour. shame on u

You mentioned a while back on this thread that your son is dumped on the floor entertaining himself whilst you play keyboard warrior on the internet.

Should you not step away from the monitor and look after your baby? I can't help feel sorry for him :( Poor kid...probably starved of affection whilst mummy saves the world :(:(

To the OP. I send you lots of strength and love to help you deal with the coming months. 'Hugs' xx

Ignoring all the carp that has been spouted and to the OP, where abouts in the country are you?

A close friend of mine had an abortion two years ago at a clinic in the North West. She went through her doctor and it took about a week to get an appointment in the clinic. Myself and her sister took her and we were there for a good few hours whilst she had the termination. The staff were lovely and there was no judgement or criticism. She doesn't regret it as it was the right decision for her, no one else xx

My heart goes out to you, OP, and you're in my thoughts xx

I always wonder why people feed the trolls, it's almost as bad as the trolls themselves...

Thinks to himself . o O I'm SURE there is an ignore function to stop this kind of thing getting to people O o .
If it looks like a duck, and quacks like a duck, we have at least to consider the possibility that we have a small aquatic bird of the family anatidae on our hands

As we all are for our children.
But this is neither the time nor the place for your rants, and as others have suggested, maybe its time to leave this thread alone. I think most people contributing to this thread would happily discuss these issues with you down in DT. Would you leave this thread alone, if I were to start a debate down there?
You lied to me Edward. There IS a Swansea. And other places.....

You said yourself he was on the floor....so in between posting you have popped him to bed? Not much time for love and cuddles before a nap given the timing of your posts ;)

I am judging you with confidence when I say...yep lack of affection is rife in your home. Good luck with that Leos mummy. Good luck to Leo :)
