Has anyone had a responce from LLoyds TSB saying they can't respond yet (after the 40 days) and that It may be another 4 weeks or more.
What can I do?
I think they are putting things off to see if a new law comes out.0 -
You need to claim via the Information Commissioner and try sending off the letter by Rex_Mundi linked above.0

I have spoken to a few people who have asked for a list of their charges/statements recently, only to hear nothing at all. I think the banks will now take the whole 40 days to reply in order to cut their losses when the OFT rules in April. Are the 40 days working days only or do they include weekends?0

Hi folks,
I'm reclaiming the charges for my sister, and have had the response back from the data subject access request (near the full 40 day deadline).
Unfortunately what she received back was downright bizarre, not only have HSBC only sent statements for her credit card and not her bank account, the statements that they did send are grossly incomplete, have huge dates missing and even have duplicated pages.
Either the person that sent them is an idiot or the photocopies went slightly mental whilst it was duplicating or something??
So what to do now? The 40 days is already up, we haven't got what we asked for, and they also returned the £10 postal order.
Any thoughts on next steps??
