ive not really done much today, ive just been to work.i look after a lady that has liver failure on mon, wed and fri.Shes alovely woman and lives in a HUGE house and even got a villa in spain.I do some housework and give her a shower etc.shes only 51 but she looks 71 , her hair has fallen out and she must weigh about 6 stone.her liver trouble his through heavy drinking when she was younger , she stopped when she had the kids and then started again when she was older she use to have alot of dinner partys..she reminds me of my mum as my mum was an alcoholic ( this is why i grew up in care )..its horrible but even though she has evertything i always leave feeling very fortunate..its true you've got nothing if you havn't got your health.

My son started his gym last night he was there for 3 hours and he's gone today too after school, really hoping this will help him change his ways abit..ive looked on his facebook today as i ususaly do ( he doesn't know i do this) and appartenty theres gonna be a fight friday night with some lads from another area and my lad has been recruiting a POSSE...we'll soon see about that because guess where i will be on friday night ...yes parked up on the street where its all gonna be taking place...i was just accidently driving by of course :)

gonna do another carboot this sunday ( weather permitting) ive not unloaded stuff that didn't sell from last week so just gonna add afew bits to it
Having pasta for tea,who ever invented this stuff is a genius..giant bag for 89p enough to last me a week :)..what does meat taste like ?? ive forgotten :)

    Meat is over-rated ;)

Just think of all those animals you have saved.

I do eat a little bit of meat but most of the time I eat vegetarian food.

This fight on friday night is a bit worrying it might be best if you speak to the police about it and they can deal with it because that is what they are employed to do.

Sue, if you haven't already looked, there are some great veggie recipes on the Old Style Board that are very money-saving too. I think that's where I found the spicy lentil soup that I like so much. :)

Sue have you tried the food banks. There should be one in your area. Lots of people are having to use them now and there is no stigma. They usually give three days worth of food.
