PLEASE READ BEFORE POSTING: Hello Forumites! In order to help keep the Forum a useful, safe and friendly place for our users, discussions around non-MoneySaving matters are not permitted per the Forum rules. While we understand that mentioning house prices may sometimes be relevant to a user's specific MoneySaving situation, we ask that you please avoid veering into broad, general debates about the market, the economy and politics, as these can unfortunately lead to abusive or hateful behaviour. Threads that are found to have derailed into wider discussions may be removed. Users who repeatedly disregard this may have their Forum account banned. There have been some epic threads like "buyers want to bury their dog in my garden" that just ran and ran and for ages we didn't know if it was true. In this case we know its true but the story line is slower moving.
I wondered what would happen in reverse. I doubt MSE-ers would start a thread on LLZ. I'm surprised you came here rather than somewhere like Fool or singing pig.
There seems to be one right now - about changing/adding a doorlock
Unbelieveable !!:D
Re : here - someone suggested - it was Arful i think (?) ...and a lot of us were members here anyway (albeit some of us not so active)
Also MSE is so vast we hopefully are not "in the way"
On a smaller forum it would be a bit more offensive
I hope we havent upset anyone by beong here
By the way things are going L/T are going to get some extra help with their questions for the forseeable future!
I guess as i started the thread i will get the blame
My posts are my opinion which is neither right nor wrong.0 -
Sorry, no offence
It's just that we were all quite happy on landlordzone and it's hard adjusting to somewhere new. (And there aren't enough residential lettings questions to satisfy our lust for doling out helpful advice to landlords and tenants).
There is so much to go at on here that you really can't get bored

In any case, we are all addicted, MSE'ers LLZ'ers and lots of other forumites, don't even try to deny it with your post count.
Guilty as charged.
Don't get me wrong your more than welcome here, and your insight as landlords is valuable.I'm a Forum Ambassador on the housing, mortgages & student money saving boards. I echo Rodent's sentiments - MSE has been extremely welcoming and I now love clicking on the "new posts" button and seeing the latest from a whole range of forums - fascinating! Thanks MSE!0

Wow. Talk about double standards, take a look at this over there
http://www.landlordzone.co.uk/forums/showthread.php?38445-Student-houses-for-rent-in-UK
and that says it has been edited by LLZ underneath it.0 -

So i did the repayment application and it says "waiting on agents response"....but what happens now? do they have to respond within 14days and what if they dont?0

-pizzle84, I appreciate you were re-directed here a few days ago from your previous posts on LLzone, but to get a proper answer to your question, it might be better for you to start a new post specifically for it.
Go to:
http://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/forumdisplay.php?f=16
Which should take you to the actual forum for this type of question, and post your query again. Otherwise it may just get lost in the fog of this long and rather rambling thread and not get the proper attention your problem deserves.0 -
