Not sure what min spend is but i just placed an order and both codes worked for me? Think i had a jacket for £8.99 and 2 tops for £2.99 plus postage. Total came to ten pound something after codes.

I have placed my order and now relise why its not worked because I already had an order that i've used code on so won't let me use it again however it hasn't charged me postage.

Really annoyed though as I got the letters last week and they cancelled my orders with codes however I kept I few sale items and payed sale price no codes and they were just going to be dispatched 13-17th and now i've just made a 2nd order its put both orders together and showing dispatch between 20-24th. Not happy had enough of H&M now.

I was just wondering how long people waited for delivery for parcels sent via Royal Mail?
My parcel was dispatched on the 8th of June and i am still waiting. Does it normally take over a week to receive?

Sorry to be thick, if I use the £5 code and the 25% off code (if they still work), will I get the dreaded letter? I got a top and I so totally love love it and want all the different colours. LOL. Really hope it is still working. Thanks all.

£5 off and 25% codes are ok as when I rang up about the letter they said couldn't have £10 and £5 off but could have £5 off and 25% instead.

I had my order deliverd today which i had orderd a month ago alot of the items were out of stock, the order total should have been £16.00, but they sent items in stock and kept the discounts so 2 pairs of kids shorts, 2 t shirts & Dress for £3.06 Bargin! Thankyou!
Made another order today, with £5.00 & 25% and sale items estimate delivery 24 June will wait and see! ( I no i can't spell & can't fathom the spell check doh!)

think i need some advice! i returned an item weeks ago but i had used the £5 and £10 discount but spent quite a lot anyway and now theyve sent me a letter, and instead of refunding my card the letter just has an invoice. it says on it your current credit limit is... your unused credit limit is .. and a barclays bank plc bulk credit clearing, and "you are in credit with us "

"If you have paid by payment slip, monthly invoice or by monthly instalment, we will add this credit to your H&M account balance." yet i paid with my bank card! ive e mailed customer service 10x with no result in weeks!
