H&M code stacking for bargains

I have an order being delivered tomorrow which sat in the hub for a while. They merged two orders and the price came up cheaper than separately because they took the £10 off of one order but not the other. BUT i have been charged for each separate order, two deliveries even though I am getting ONE parcel
Still, £15 for a dress, bracelet and cardi is still pretty good!

thay tried the same with me a few months ago ... i phoned H&M up and they said i should have got the full ammount and asked the stores name so they could reinforce the return policy with the SA's ...told them SA instore at the time to give me it back id sell it on ebay ..then she gave me ammount id paid for it ..they tried to deduct the £5 from the item i returned even though id bought about 6 other items ..

They took the code from my order and didn't email or phone me to tell me. Very p'ed off at them and the fact my order wasn't actually bought i just had it on reserve apparently, something which wasn't told to me when i bought it.
Their customer service was awful and i was told nothing until i phoned them asking things

I have this morning received the 'dreaded letter' from H&M... can anyone who has also had the letter and did not ring them confirm whether they had all their orders cancelled?

I have several waiting but all seem to be on holdnot cancelled even though I have not rung them and it is now 5 days since the date of the letter ans I'm supposed to ring within 5 days. 5 days from when I don't know!

I had the letter last week and didnt call. Tbh I just cancelled it myself a few days later just incase they did charge full price. It did just say itl be cancelled so I dont think anyone will get them. The thing was, this was the one order I acually wanted- dds summer clothes for holiday:( still a great find and my other 2 orders were honoured.

My order arrived today, 2 merged at a total of £19 for
leather belt
ballerina type canvas shoes - lovelly
huge straw hat
4 tee shirts
3 pairs of socks
and one pair of tiny shorts.

Well and truly ready for my hols now!

Yes £5 code still works and 25% code works, £10 one doesn't though:(
