what happens when we return items using Hermes ? I have sent back two orders last week, 1 item from the second order i wanted to exchange.
payment method is slip in parcel, i havent paid as i sent everything back, but i am worry now as the website still is showing i owe them £40, when is it likely they will credit my account with the returns ? Thanks

For me it usually takes about 10 days to credit back to my account.

I am really annoyed with h&m! I have previously bought off them twice and once my package full of 12 items had suddenly been lost in transit. No one even contacted me to make me aware of this situation! I had to ring them and was on the phone for 20 mins! I was waiting till 2 weeks after too! I now am experiencing more problems! I bought some items x 3 and used my code 1304 and went through transaction, checkout etc. It then appeared in my pending orders, so I was pleased I had bought some items for my nieces birthday and my daughters from the sale. Then a few days later they just disapeared! I have emails with confirmation of purchase! And h&m are not helping me at all! Its a joke! My daughter is gutted because she wanted her hello kitty trainers! How do you explain that to a 3 year old! I will be purchasing from else where. Hope no one else has to go through this too. Thanks :) & good luck! :)
