I'm still waiting on an order dispatched on the 8th of June :(

I rang H&M but was told as it was sent via Royal Mail they cant track it. I Have to wait until next Thursday until they can deem it lost.

Has anyone else ever had to wait over 9 days for a parcel to arrive that was sent Royal Mail?

Keeping my fingers crossed it turns up.

I've recently waited exactly 2 weeks for a H&M order sent by Royal Mail, and over 2 weeks for one they sent by courier (the courier kept it at his house for over a week and then eventually delivered it to the wrong flat...)

So don't give up hope yet!

think i need some advice! i returned an item weeks ago but i had used the £5 and £10 discount but spent quite a lot anyway and now theyve sent me a letter, and instead of refunding my card the letter just has an invoice. it says on it your current credit limit is... your unused credit limit is .. and a barclays bank plc bulk credit clearing, and "you are in credit with us "

"If you have paid by payment slip, monthly invoice or by monthly instalment, we will add this credit to your H&M account balance." yet i paid with my bank card! ive e mailed customer service 10x with no result in weeks!

I had a letter from them saying I had to contact them with my bank details. It might be worth calling them. They didn't mention my code use but I got a bit of a grilling over my double accounts. At the end of the day they can't refuse to refund you the money as their returns policy states they will refund. And if they give you any crap about using the codes you've returned the item anyway and if they dispatched the order to you they agreed to form a contract with you at that price. Just give them a call my lovely and be firm!

Thanks for that, glad i am not alone in waiting ages. Did you wait 2 weeks from the point of dispatch? or from when you ordered?

Waited that long from point of dispatch on both of those. I don't know what royal mail were doing with my package for all that time!!

Why they haven't charged my card yet? Ordered since the end of last month and received the items over two weeks ago. Will they charge?

I would have thought they would have charged you by now. The order I placed using my card I was charged around two days after I received the items.

I sent a pair of trousers back two weeks ago and at the same time paid for the rest of the items on my account balance. So far they have wiped the payment amount off of my account but still haven't removed/credited my balance for the returned trousers.

Does anyone know how long they usually take to process returns?

Just came back from H&M Camden Town UK trying to return an unsuitable item from online order. But the store manager refused to take the item even though the customer service on the phone said I am entitled to. After an hour in the store and many phone calls (at my own expense!) between myself, the CS and the store manager, the CS just concluded that it is up to the store manager and the CS has to back the manager. The CS asked me to go to another H&M store to try my luck in returning! What kind of customer service is this?

Try your luck in returning item that you are entitled to return?? Not impressed.

i had to take my item back by saying it was a present given to me that doesnt fit me. the item i paid for was £7.49 online but came up as £9.99 on the tills so was able to replace the item to the value of £9.99. i didnt ask for a refund so maybe thats why they were so helpful. sometimes it is easier to lie.

I placed an order on 11th May, received some of it a while ago but i'm still waiting for the rest. Hoping it arrives in the next few days.

Edit - Just checked and the other items that did say dispatch 30 May - 3 Jun now changed to 20-24 Jun!

Edit again! It has now been changed to 27th June - 1st July! Starting to feel like someone is taking the pee

Still waiting for my items! It is now saying - Delivery:18-22 Jul!!
What can i do about this, i've a good mind to tell them to shove it. lol
