Has anyone else had their order disappear? I got a confirmation email but there is no sign of it in the my H&M section!Bargain hunting Mommy!

Their order history bit is broken. It happened to mine last time but the order did come. I couldn't see previous orders or the one I had placed.Kyle 03.04.04

H & M are awful for taking orders for things not in stock, I placed an order in early September and one of the items isn't due out till December now! Other items I've ordered have taken between 3-6 wks to arrive
only plus side is that they don't charge delivery on future orders if you still have items pending 0 -

If you log into your account, then open My Balance on the left hand side, it will show your account balance, which should give you a rough idea of the value of the items you ordered, they do seem to have problems with the order history section though, comes and goes as it pleases :mad::wave:0 -
