thanks I got a snow suit that the 25% voucher took from 19-99 to 14-99 and a few other bits. -it can snow once the order comes lol...

Has anyone else had their order disappear? I got a confirmation email but there is no sign of it in the my H&M section!

Their order history bit is broken. It happened to mine last time but the order did come. I couldn't see previous orders or the one I had placed.

H & M are awful for taking orders for things not in stock, I placed an order in early September and one of the items isn't due out till December now! Other items I've ordered have taken between 3-6 wks to arrive only plus side is that they don't charge delivery on future orders if you still have items pending

If you log into your account, then open My Balance on the left hand side, it will show your account balance, which should give you a rough idea of the value of the items you ordered, they do seem to have problems with the order history section though, comes and goes as it pleases :mad:
