I'm still waiting for one of my orders too, the despatch date keeps changing now being 18-22 july.

I sent a pair of £14.99 linen trousers (didn't use the codes on the order) back that went all out of shape after being washed and after 3 weeks didn't hear anything and my balance was still showing as owing them £14.99.

I sent them an email and they finally processed the return but for a different pair of trousers I had ordered for £11.24. I contacted them again to have them correct the mistake.

They removed the £14.99 from my balance making it zero and having already processed an £11.24 card refund they have today debited my bank account for the £11.24 back!

What a kerfuffle! I was going to return a jumper I have changed my mind about but for the trouble it is likely to cause I'm not going to bother!

I returned an item to the Croydon store with no problems , for an exchange and paid just £1.05 extra for the new item

The SA was FINE thank goodness but there WAS a MASSIVE long queue and everyone was having to wait ages to get served so perhaps she just wanted to get rid of me as she put it through super quick! lol

i never have any problems buying from our actual store so was going to try online - the codes still show so i guess they are still active? what i wanted to check is where do u add the codes as nothing shows for me to add them? should it be in the shopping basket - i am not putting in card details till i know what the full price i am going to be charged will be. also what is the pay monthly option ?

I returned a pair of shorts I got for dd and a polo top I got for my ds2 and they had no problem swapping the items for different things at my local store. Maybe if I had asked for a refund it would have been different though??

Just ordered 2 baby dresses, 1 baby fleece, 2 fleece age 14 and basketball boots total including delivery £14.59

Used the £5 off and 25% codes, the 10% off one wouldn't work for me, appears you can only use 2 codes as well.
