well today my sale items turned up over a week and half since ordering yet the items order before with the £15 off codes still havent turned up!!!

They removed £10 off from one of my account! What should I do. It shows £15 something instead of £5 without £10 off code. However I check my credit card and see that they haven't charged me yet. Will they charge £15 or £5???

they are more likely to charge you £15.00 as this is probably what amount it will be on your invoice. also they charge your card after you have received your items.

I have today recd my order - which had 25% as new customer & £10. It was despatched on 1 June - and only just arrived with royal mail (although had a DHL post sticker on it).

The payment slip inside does say that you can return in store or by mail.

The dress is fab & I am sooooo happy ....

What if I only have £10 credit left to spend this month. What will they do? because they cannot debit my money more than £10. (That's why I am buying their items because it's only £5 when I checked out). Are they allowed to removed the discount code later? I feel it's unprofessional.

the codes were not suppose to work for everyone, as its a glitch i guess they can charge what they want. looks like some people have been lucky and others havent. its just my opinion what i think they will charge you but you never know, you might get away with it. hope they honour it for you

i ordered with the code and the order was despatched to hub, sat there for a week to be returned to H&M. Has anyone else had this. I phoned to ask what had happened, but they cudnt tell me why. So no order, but money taken out of my account! I wudnt have minded if they'd have charged me full price, but to despatch then recall seemed strange
