H&M code stacking for bargains

I received three letters in the post this morning too. Not going to phone them as I don't think it is worth the hassle, happy with what I've received from them before this.

Thanks OP! I recieved all my items no problem, with the spend of £20 and 10 items, took one item back yesterday and in store it was 19.99 and the sale price its 9.99 online, i got the whole 19.99 back on a giftcard and they didnt even question me. so very pleased

I received letters today too- as expected.
Rang and got no where asking kept asking where I got vouchers from? why do u have so many accounts? etc
I am not happy with the way they have delt with this situation as not a glitch, a big company like this giving out codes like this that are not unique it was only a matter of time plus taken ages to send letters imo should have rang each person instead of 'you ring us' letters.
I cancelled most of my order, I kept a few sale items and was given £5 off my order when I rang up.
Glad i've still got some bargins in sale but more annoyed about the way h&m have delt with this not the actual cancelling of orders.

Had 2 letters ( 1 last week and 1 today -both dated may ), never rang them, letters stated that order would be cancelled if i didnt call them in 5 days. Both orders have been dispatched , show full discount and are tracking with hermes ??

I must say the stuff i have received is very good quality and have had no sizing issues that i have read about on here.

Has anyone had their order dispatched before receiving these letters? My order dispatched on the third, arrived at hub on the 6th and hasn't moved =/ Do you think I'll be receiving the same letter?

My order has been at the hub since the 4th. Looking back at my previous orders they normally arrive at the hub and sit there for 2-3 days before being despatched to the local courier. This is the longest mine has sat at the hub and I too now fear the dreaded letter

H&M are ridiculously inconsistent. Took back a pair of trousers no invoice giftcard for full amount. Took back a jacket and they said returns can't be processed without the invoice.

Mines been at the hub since 4th (after being despatched on 1st) and I didn't even use any codes as they were items I did actually need

No i said i recieved the item as a gift and the person who got it has gone abroad.
