    I ordered a maxi & a dress for my daughter last time I couldn't get the £10 off to work but managed the £5 :(

    Just did it again and managed to use the £5 off and 25% off together- same account, here's my order, I'm pretty pleased with!

    Did you get an invoice in the parcel confirming what the order total was ? Surely this would be the confirmation of how much they are going to take. ( that is how much they have been taking off my card )

    I have found that when my accounts got merged that is when my order history ( of my dispatched orders ) disappeared, however so far they have turned up .

    They have only charged me £0.37 (which was the original order value after all codes - I've just checked) from my bank even though the invoice said £7 odd. Very strange but I am not complaining at all!

    Did anyone order the smile you are amazing dress? I want it so badly, if anyone did and no longer wants it I'll buy it (10-14) I'm in love with it and it's out of stock everywhere :(

    Anyone help :-/ i've tried to return some of the items in store for a voucher card or refund, as some of the items do not fit. The sales assistant got confused after looking at the discounts and said that i would have to return on line as she couldn't understand the discounts on the receipt. If i send the order back and order replacements would that work? Or do you think they would clock on.

    I think this is a new policy they told me the same when I tried to exchange my daughters sandals for a bigger size.
    I just cut my losses.

    How about if i took it in store without the receipt do you think i'd have much luck then? Anyone tried this

    I tried this a second time without the invoice and was told they don't exchange without it, I noticed the sandals had a different label on to instore ones and the ones I bought were online only hence why I cut my losses, they literally just fit her now but in a couple of weeks they won't.
    If the label has a price in you might be ok, my label just had 2 barcodes no price which i believe is the online tags.

    eBay them I've been desperately looking for a dress I want and have seen some bnwt h&m items go for above the rrp meaning your quids in :)

    i signed up with 2 different email accounts and ordered items with both £10 and £5 off codes.

    email account 1 - i forgot my password and requested, reset via email, but have got no email from h and m, but i got email confirming order of goods, so i can't get into the account to see if has been dispatched

    email account 2 - it says items dispatched, but nothing has come through

    checked my bank account and no payment has gone through for any of the items ordered

    my flatmate who ordered at the same time as me last sunday, has recieved her items through the post with the discounts on thursday
