I'd like to descibe how tacky they are a bit just so you know what a nightmare I'm in,lol

Why is the tackiness of their garden a nightmare? Its none of your business. Them having your parcel is no bearing on this.
They have 3 patios each patio has a massive trellis like fence around it the trellis has green xmas lights all over it the trampoline has a green ropelight flashing on the patio nearest to me they erected a black gazebo to screen me out,lol

They screened you out? Why? I'm guessing there is a much deeper history here?

inside teh gazebo, yep you guessed green fairy lights the "gas" BBQ has a fence around it too (sorry no lights there) but the flower beds all have colour changing solar lights and her little tree has blue fairy lights
I'm not kidding you.I'm 51 and she is 30 and tacky beyond believe,so that is the sort of mentality I'm up against :rotfl::rotfl:

I still completely fail to see what a gazebo and a few lights has to do with your neighbours mentality?

sorry for the long book, but feeling happy now am getting refunded and moved on looking forward to my cruise thank you all unbeknown to you all your posts helped me feel sooo much better and it's only a frickin shirt lol

I'm not condoning the theft, and the neighbours should be punished, but I feel this is running a heck of a lot deeper than a stolen parcel on both counts.

Or maybe the neighbours are thieving scum and the OP is so angry that she wants to have a good whinge. I don't blame her.
And I don't think the OP is saying that their decorating choices have a bearing on their morals, but more using the fact that they are thieving little toerags to discern how moral they are. If someone stole my property and then told me to "f**k off" when I asked them for it back, I'd be tossing turds over the fence, never mind having a bit of a whinge about the Blackpool illuminations on the other side!

I Think OP was getting at the fact that the neighbours are 'Chavs' ? :D

It's a very low thing to do and be so brash about it must be incredibly frustrating, so finding things to critcise them about is probably standard.

There is nothing worse than bad neighbours. GL getting it resolved OP

    Lol don't feed the trolls
unfortunately there are some a**hole neighbours everywhere but some of them don't live right next door.
But to put the record straight,we never got on due to different lifestyle.I like to be tidy without over the top they are over the top and everything they don't need anymore(old toys, broken furniture chest of draws black bags full of rubbish breezeblocks broken lawnmower etc,get my drift?) ends up in the carpark behind our house.Kids drag it apart and strew it all over the place, wind blows it into my garden and on and on it goes.
It happens not once or twice but frequently.I ring the council they come and pick it up only last time they fined them,I suppose there must of been a warning first, hence the hate towards me,incidnetly it's not just the back of the house it's the front too they put rubbish in orange boxes without lid wind comes etc etc
Not That I need to justify myself but thought I would somewhat.
They lost their chelsea flag last week it blew into my garden and I gave it back to them, like one op said no matter how hostile you are you still don't keep someone elses property,I didn't
At the time me giving back the flag, unbeknown to me,they already had my shirt
Anyway parcelforce manager said he believes driver put card in door over me
I have appointment with solicitor(through CAB) when getting back off hols
Thank you all who did understand the frustration but you cannot reason with rats, lol come on trolls lets have it

    LOVE IT.

I question the history of your neighbour dispute based on a rather odd post you made and this makes me a troll? If you actually read what I wrote I did state that I was in no way condoning their behaviour, theft is wrong regardless.

So I'm guessing my assumption that there is a history between you is correct then? Don't get on due to different lifestyle? Is that your polite way of saying you live next door to Chavs as burnleymilk says then?

Lol again my different lifestyle,I have respect for neighbours my children have respect for others and other peoples properties, they don't,their kids trample through my garden rip out flowers, but get told off when doing so in their own garden with a very high decible shouting voice, mum screeches at them which sometimes seems daily.
they both don't work yet have all imaginable gadet (kids age 10/12 have laptops/iphones etc,I work and pay my bills and taxes I work long hours and cannot afford hat they have, and please do not think I'm jealous,I am not,jut an example, they are that sort of people who think we all owe them a good living, you cannot reason with them when you have a problem they just screech and swear at you and hallow at you everytime they see you
She blamed a girl from the end of the road of having an affair with her hubby and instead of knocking on door talking she was in the carpark for about 15 mins shanting "jason lee shagged ally"
It wasn't very nice for all of us
That's what I mean different lifestyle

Reading comprehension is probably vital when you enjoy trolling threads ;)

Whether OP has issues with their lifestyles, their personalities etc etc is absolutely irrelevant to this thread and the situation in hand. The issue is who is responsible for this mess and if so what recourse does the OP have.

If questioning whether there was history between them is trolling honey then colour me guilty :kiss:
Oh, and as for me misreading your name, seriously? Is that the best you can pick at? How very intelligent you are! So intelligent in fact that you berate me here for misreading your name, yet on another thread you choose to spell the word correspondence as 'correspindance' and then onus as 'owness' Hilarious don't you think? Spelling is probably also vital before attempting to correct someone else I find, and that was just from one of your wonderfully constructed, perfect posts.

My last word on this, I don't believe for a second that OP deserved to have her parcel stolen, I do believe that the OP is a bit of a snob who looks down on those next door (as once again reiterated by her comments above about their lifestyle).

I really do hope you get your parcel back, but live and let live springs to mind.

Wwell clearly you must be like my neighbours,no respect for anyone and if i am a snob just because I feel i have a right to live in my property without shouting swearing kids ripping up flowers than I'm a snob you are an agressive troll I totally agree with live and let live, but please do sometimes think of others when you let your kids run riot
I don't need to be a snob to like nicer things in life, things I work for

I find the comments have degraded from what started out as a reasonable thread. Name calling, pointing the finger, chat about their garden really has no bearing on the matter in hand.
    1. If you order something and it doesn't arrive, under trading standards of long distance selling you have a certain amount of time to challenge the dispute.
    2. It is up to the seller to track the parcel and establish the correct address and name has signed for it.
    3. If it is deemed the parcel was delivered to the wrong address, it is then up to the seller, to replace or refund the customer and then take this further with their courier service.
    4. In this case the courier service (if the seller paid the insurance for carriage) will then refund or credit the carriage of goods.
    End of story.

If the buyer wants to make an official complaint, it should be to the seller and if she so wishes to the courier just to have this on file. The seller will need a copy of the POD (proof of delivery note) which normally she could send to the buyer to help her build a case.
