I'm at my wits end,I ordered some smart clothes for my cruise next week and was waiting for my parcel from the USA.I checked online yesterday(09/05/2011) and found out that parcel force delivered it to my next door neighbor and they signed for it on 03/05.
Iwent there and they told me to "F off" (they are nice like that)Parcel force came back out and they said it was her brother who got it.
I called the police and found out they are legally allowed to keep it as parcel force "gave" it to them
They are in the garden laughing cause there is nothing I can do about it.
I'm dissapointed that someone can be soo nasty anyone know what to do?

thanx

Contact Parcel Force and tell them what has happened. They need to sort it for misdelivering the parcel.

If they don't do anything, contact the company you purchased the clothes from and tell them you haven't recieved the delivery and get either a refund or request redelivery.
    Best Regards

Your contract is with the company you bought the clothes from. They haven't arrived, so they either have to re-send them, or issue you with a refund.

It's up to them to chase parcel force.
Should've = Should HAVE (not 'of')
Would've = Would HAVE (not 'of')

No, I am not perfect, but yes I do judge people on their use of basic English language. If you didn't know the above, then learn it! (If English is your second language, then you are forgiven!)

Tell the supplier you haven't received the first order and you need it re-sent pronto so you have it in time for your cruise. Let the supplier and their agent PArcelforce sort out the original order between htem. You've not received it so can't be expected tp pay again.

Go to parcel force with your receipt/invoice that shows you paid for postage (this proves you had a contract with them for delivery; i.e. you paid them and not the company) and tell them that you are unable to retrieve the parcel they have left somewhere without your permission. In effect those goods are now stolen, and Parcel Force had a hand in helping that happen.

They are not stolen - they are still, as far as the OP is concerned, with the Carrier and therefore the carrier is still liable for delivery. If the 'neighbour' won't return it then Parcelforce will have to credit the original store.

Alas this sort of behaviour will result in couriers not delivering to neighbours and alas thats bad news for the honest amongst us who rely on the polite neighbours taking in deliveries when we're not there....

As for a refund/replacement, that's up to the company to deal with. The items have not been delivered.

But the neighbours taking the goods is another matter. Of course it's a crime. I'd like to know on what basis the police have said it's not. They probably just can't be bothered dealing with it.
