Help!!!LONDON MINT COMPANY SCAM

If you are actually trying to be helpful, I will answer your question. I did not return the coin by registered post because I did not refer to their website when I received it. The coin was not sent to me by registered post and there was nothing in the accompanying literature to suggest I needed to register it. I returned it in the original packaging in which it was sent to me. It reached me safely in this packaging, which is anonymous and does not suggest it contains anything valuable.
And yes, I do have proof of the date I returned it.0 -

so what would you have done if they said they hadn't received it?
honestly,do people not see that they need to protect themselves in these types of scenarios?0 -
Hi.
My dad, who is an elderly man in his 70's, has also been suckered by this horrible company.
They now keep sending him these coins.
What can he do? Is there any actual way out of this?0 -
I only asked one question, and you totally ignored it.
Did you return the coin by registered post?
because that is what their T&Cs say you should do.
It states "Packetpost Returns" tracked product rather than "Special Delivery" here ;

Click the link below to download your returns label and instructions to return your product.

It would be useful to know the type of "proof of posting" the OP obtainedDoes you proof of posting show that you posted the thing back within 14 days of receiving it?
this one ?
or this one ?

Please send us a copy of the proof of postage so we can contact the Royal Mail and take it up with themHi, we’ve had to remove your signature. If you’re not sure why please read the forum rules or email the forum team if you’re still unsure - MSE ForumTeam0 -

you have found tis thread,so surely you can look at the T&Cs and help him to follow those and cancel?0 -
I have every reason to believe that London Mint office did receive the coin I returned
How can you possibly know that they received it as the only fact that you know and can provide any proof of is that you posted the coin.
RM lose millions of items of mail each year, and there is every possibility that your package was one of them.I did not come to the forum to engage in verbal cleverness with an advocate for the company but to get help from someone who can suggest a way out of this problem
If you didn't want to read comments from people who are trying to help by giving opinions which may differ to yours, why bother posting in the first place?0 -
Congrats on your very clever verbiage, George Michael. As it does not take my case forward, I won't be answering it.
BTW can any body tell me when I will be allowed to post links? I have been trying to link to several previous complaints about the London Mint office in this forum, but I am not allowed to do so. Perhaps somebody who has linking privileges would be kind enough to do that for me.0 -

Keep practicing Consuma... you'll get there one day.

Won't or can't?
It is one of the most important points about your complaint, so surely you are willing to post why you are convinced that the coin was delivered to the London mint.I have every reason to believe that London Mint office did receive the coin I returned0
