    Hi taxi.

Blimey everything really is hitting you from all sides at the moment isn't it?

    Well what can I say....

    1. GOOD LUCK with getting as much money in, in the time you have between now & your operation.
    2. Yes I totally agree it is a good job you've got onto the ol' frugal mode already, at least this way things won't be such a shock!
    3. Again, good luck in losing the weight...hey, the living ultra frugally and the weight loss might just go hand in hand eh? ;)
    4. You just take it easy right now and remember this is a particularly rough patch right now...life's never plain sailing so, hold on tight sweetheart.
    5. I hope you get lots of cash back from Airtours, that would sure help, right?

Take care, thoughts are with you, I really hope the work picks up on Monday. Take it easy over the weekend. Maybe you can use some of the time to start to plan ahead regarding frugal living & healthy meal plans to help you?

    Hugs.

    LA x

Thankyou so much Min and LA for those kind words and you are right...it's a little rough at the moment but with friends like you I will get through it...it's not the end of the world after all is it?...there's a lot more people in a worse situation than me....I don't know what the letter from Airtours says yet probably nothing interesting as Rachael only said that they'd acknowledged the complaint...apparently it's dated 3rd march but they only got it today..airtours must have kept it in a pile!!...if I ever go on holiday again I'm going to use first choice as at least they care about their customers.....I have quite a bit of shopping in at the moment so that helps while I pull some money back....I shall have to brush up on the OS boards again....so can do that over the week-end...thankyou again for those lovely words...they've cheered me up as I feel a bit down at the moment which isn't like me at all...

Gosh taxi, I just read this for the first time in a while and was so sorry to hear of all your troubles - you poor poor thing.

Your health is the most important thing so do what you need to do to be in the best health for your op. Debt busting can wait.

Hi Seaxwyn...nice to hear from you again and thanks for that...I know my health is more important....you're right...I know...I'm just coming to terms with letting the debt busting wait....the shock mostly is the hospital kept saying I couldn't have the hysterectomy as I'm too fat and having tried everything else including a operation in september that didn't work...when going to the hospital yesterday he said he'd do it in 3 months time...I thought I would have to wait ages...I really do need the op to get my life back as I have to have a lot of time off work as it is at the moment...sorry to waffle...didn't mean to...it's a shock will come to terms in next couple of days

I'm sure it is a shock honey. Just take it all in at your own pace ok?

You can waffle as much as you like too by the way! :)

I bet! I mean when you actually sit an think about it, it's terrifying! Anything surgical is isn't it?

But hey, if it's good enough for Camilla Parker Bowles....;)

I know just got to put it into perspective.....I think I'm a little down with everything else at the moment...when I re-read this in a couplke of weeks..I'll be thinking what an idiot I am!!

Oh no, not an idiot at all!

It's hardly surprising that you are feeling a bit down, you have had a lot to contend with recently.

You are of course, correct to keep it in perspective however don't berate yourself (now or in the future) for having concerns about yourself.

It's your health....of course you'll be concerned. It's bad enough when we get a cold or a headache let alone something like this.

Anyway, there's nothing more annoying than those eternally optimistic, bouncy people that grin their way through the bleakest of times and tell you to pull yourself together when you're having an off day.

God they really p*ss me off. :D
