I received a letter from the hospital this morning asking me to phone them to arrange a convenient date for admission..so will do that monday am...that'll take some of the uncertainty out..then I can plan as best as I can!!
I also received my first pigsback voucher this morning so that was nice....I will save that for something special...
I will probably get my letter from airtours monday so will let you know on that score...
I've just chilled out today really...I went to the library and got a couple of books on hysterctomy...and I've read one of them already and it's put my mind at ease...so shock over back to positive now!!!
Not a lot happening here really but thought I should report...have a good week-end everyone:beer:

    Hi Taxi,

Crikey, that was a shock reading that you are going to need a hysterectomy.

Can I ask though, from where are going to lose all that weight, last time i saw you, you did not look like you needed to lose thar much.
You'll be a size zero if that much goes.

Good news that the business is picking up and you must be feeling relieved that you have made the right move. The first few weeks are always the most worrying.

I'll make sure the new number is in my phone.

Good luck with the Airtours complaint.

Have a good week end and I'll catch up later.

Anyway, there's nothing more annoying than those eternally optimistic, bouncy people that grin their way through the bleakest of times and tell you to pull yourself together when you're having an off day.

God they really p*ss me off. :D

Just catching up with this diary and had to laugh at this one!

What LA says above just about sums up how I feel at the moment!

I wonder how we are all feeling after a weekend of sunshine??

At least it was sunny down this part of the country, I hope you guys up North had some sun too?

Anyway it's left me feeling happier (except the fact that it's Monday tomorrow and another whole week of BORING WORK but hey ho..!) so hypno, you could well have a point! ;)

taxi, glad to read you are feeling happier about things. :)

Taxi, just caught on on your diary. I had a hysterectomy last June, after years of problems and not being able to work fully. It's the best thing that I have ever done. I have my life back again and am full of energy. Have you looked at this website http://www.hysterectomy-association.org.uk/forums/

That website was a blessing in disguise to me.:j

    Good luck.

Taxi, I found the hysterectomy site very helpful, there were loads of women on there that could answer most of my queries, because if you are anything like me when I got home from appointments all sorts of questions pop into my head.

Hope your feeling better today and are able to go to work.

    Take care of yourself.
