Hey there taxi!
Good on ya for getting this diary under way. I am seriously impressed with the amount you have managed to build up on your Boots card.
Also, very very BEST OF BRITISH for giving up the smoking. I won't go on about it, just suffice to say your wallet and your body will thank you for it.
Keep posting (of course you will!).Bank Balance: In the black for the moment.
Sainsburys Loan: Cleared July 2010
Credit cards: AMEX Airmiles Card: direct debit set to clear balance monthly

Hello!
Can I offer my support?
& a lttle advice...... yout SOA seems to get fuzzy around your own spend
Maybe addind a spending diary to your sig may help
or just SPENDING DIARY- start it now!I THINK is a whole sentence, not a replacement for I KnowSupermarket Rebel No 19:T0 -
Yes I don't mind anyone giving suggestions..I don't quite understand about the spending getting diary getting fuzzy towards end of sig..could you please explain that ..thanks...the reason I wasn't going to do a debt diary to start with was that as being self employed all the finances business and personal all seem to get merged together...todays spending was £15.50 dentist and £13.60 shopping:beer:0

Morning taxi!
Spending diaries are records of what you spend day to day. Get yourself a little book (or recycle one! DFW!!) and write down everything you spend. It's a great way to "spot" any weaknesses in your spending and for seeing where you can cut back. They are quite addictive!
Moozie does a couple of threads you might like to join in with. There's the weekly challenge (this week's here: http://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/showthread.html?t=319631) where you challenge yourself to stick to a budget and the daily spend [STRIKE]confession[/STRIKE] update (today's is here: http://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/showthread.html?t=322859).

Hi everyone...how are you all?...hope you are all well...nothing much to report today.Just had a run of the mill boring kind of day.Went to work didn't earn much as anybody with any sense wouldn't go out...had to finish early as I had a hospital appointment(follow up to op 3 months ago)...he seemed pleased and said to come back in 3 months and that if's alls well then he will sign me off..downside £1.50 for car parking but that's all I've spent today.
Phoned my house insurers today to get a claim number as I lost a few tiles on Sunday...roofer came monday gave me the quote...they just said go ahead and get it done...he's just waiting for a day that it isn't windy or absolutely sheeting it down!!!
Like I say pretty mundane day..so only a short posting...:rotfl:0 -
