While people won't care, it's quite a clever way of pointing out the postive points of a very ordinary terraced house.

There's subliminal messages in there, unfortunately not backed-up with pictures. For example, where's the child-friendly garden?

Students? Tidied? That's an oxymoron if there ever was one. Still, if the current occupants have no vested interest in finding new tenants why would they be care about tidying up? Still, I loved the stash of lavatory-paper in one of the pics. And the kitchen looked pretty clean and tidy

Hmm, doesn't seem to be any heating anywhere. The landlord must be mad to include all bills if they're all running fan heaters. Presume pix 6 isn't one of the singles mentioned that could easily convert into a double.

You've got to wonder, if they're so delighted with the result why are they selling it barely a year after it was completed!
