terrible terrible pun there Davesnave :)
Saying that though, I wish you _could_ get loos that, erm, generous. We've been looking at bathrooms recently in preparation for our house renovation, and I'm sure loos are getting smaller :o

Anyway, so as to keep on topic, how about this one that needs alot of work. When the EA details say that "this opportunity is not for the faint-hearted" you know it's going to be bad!

They need to distract you from the frontage being only a gates width.

With the one with the guitar it was the naff captions on the bottom right of each photo that got me. I think it makes it sound like an attempt at an art exhibition - "tap dance" for the sink :wall: :wall: :wall:

Awwh, but it could be a beautiful house if you could put some serious time and cash in.

We enquired about this one when we were looking as we wanted a project, but we didn't go and view in the end as the EA told me on the phone that he didn't think it would be possible to raise a mortgage against it. Such a shame, it's a nice area and it could be a lovely home if you had the resources to renovate it. :(

It looks a bit like the pictures got mixed up with the photos of the stuff he's planning to list on ebay ...

Do you think there is such a job as a housetidier?
You go with EA's when they take photos and advise vendors to move their Carp before the photos are taken?;)
If so I would love that job!
When my EA took my photos he said..I wish other people would tidy up sometimes!
So why don't Ea's suggest what's best to sell a house ....there again some people's tidy is another person's mess.:(

That has the makings of a perfectly nice house. Which it is not at the moment. I bet the neighbours are having a bit of a chuckle at their "taste". I know I am
