is there any legal minimum size that a bedroom can be? Look at the width of the 2nd bedroom on this one !
Housing Act 1985 gives these minimum sizes for bedrooms:-
Floor area of room Number of persons
110 sq. ft. or more 2
90 sq. ft. or more but less than 110 sq.ft. 1½
70 sq. ft. or more but less than 90 sq. ft. 1
50 sq. ft. or more but less than 70 sq. ft. ½
but smaller is OK for children under 10 or visiting relatives.
EDIT: sorry about the lack of formatting, (it looked OK on my screen before posting) but you get the picture.0 -

very interesting ! So, if between 50 & 70 sq.ft. is ok for 1/2 a person on a regular basis, what proportion of a resident would a 45 sqft room allow? Alternatively, and I think this is the key question: how often would the mother in law be able to visit given the sub 50sq.ft. floor space?"Science is a wonderful thing if one does not have to earn one's living at it" Einstein 19510 -

I just love this one. How many photos of pink chairs do you think you need to feed your 'celebrity lifestyle'. Honestly?

Is that a corrugated plastic roof in the kitchen? What is it? Surely whatever it is isn't legal?

No outside shots? Perhaps the outside is painted pink too. I live 10 minutes walk away from there... maybe I'll go have a nosy:p0
