    Hello BitterAndTwisted,

I agree but....sadly its opposite a very large Lively/Busy pub with extensive beer garden facing the house. Admittedly the last time I drove by it was Friday afternoon and the sun was out (two things that never happen together normally) so that may have swelled the numbers but it would be enough to put me off.

(Even though it’s not to my taste it’s been very well done and a lovely looking home, I may add)
Please note I have a cognitive disability - as such my wording can be a bit off, muddled, misspelt or in some cases i can miss out some words totally...

Do you think there is such a job as a housetidier?
You go with EA's when they take photos and advise vendors to move their Carp before the photos are taken?;)

With the one with the guitar it was the naff captions on the bottom right of each photo that got me. I think it makes it sound like an attempt at an art exhibition - "tap dance" for the sink :wall: :wall: :wall:

Awwh, but it could be a beautiful house if you could put some serious time and cash in.

We enquired about this one when we were looking as we wanted a project, but we didn't go and view in the end as the EA told me on the phone that he didn't think it would be possible to raise a mortgage against it. Such a shame, it's a nice area and it could be a lovely home if you had the resources to renovate it. :(

Now thats what I call "A house with an Attitude problem":rotfl::rotfl:. First dig up your tree (ie the one that started as a weed up against that wall and no-one could be bovvered to pull it up) and then the first person to find over 100 problems with the house gets a prize:rotfl:

Well I guess the fact of how "noisy" the decor is and there's no photo of the garden equals that house-owner isnt someone to be concerned about "peace and quiet" and the next owner had better not be either...

....And the first one is the spreading roof. Very common on 30/40s houses like this with those wee tiles, because they weigh in heavier than the large ones.

    No room for a garage.

    98 to go. :)

Amazing! Why do EAs never seem to proof-read their photos ... do we really need to see 2 copies of each one?
